Refund policy
Clarence Valley Organics has a 100% satisfaction guarantee to you. If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will exchange or refund the value of the item or service. Our aim is to please and your feedback is welcome.
Returns (if applicable)
To make a return, please inform us either by email or phone including a picture and your concern. ALL REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY.
Orders can be cancelled 24hrs prior to your delivery or earlier. If you cancel within 24hrs or less of your delivery day a 50% charge of the total order will be incurred. The other 50% will be refunded back to the account you paid on
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing items
If you are missing an item from your order, please reach out to us at hello@clarencevalleyorganics.com.au - we will do our best to locate and arrange a follow up delivery or issue a refund upon approval.
Please note, late or missing items will not be delivered until the next scheduled delivery which is currently 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can take 24-72 hours to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@clarencevalleyorganics.com.au .
Shipping
If in the event you need to return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
