2. Payment Terms

 

Payment is due prior to delivery, via credit card or your choice of payment providers listed on our secure website.

 

3. Delivery & Handling Charges & Taxes

For a Clarence Valley Organics Delivery, a delivery and handling charge of $10.95 (inc GST) applies to all orders, unless special consideration is made by us.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all delivery, handling charges & taxes as laid out below in these terms and conditions.

 

4. Refund Policy

Clarence Valley Organics has a 100% satisfaction guarantee to you. If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will exchange or refund the value of the item. Our aim is to please and your feedback is welcome. To issue a refund, please inform us by email only, including a picture and description of your concern. 

ALL REFUNDS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE WITHIN 12 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

Orders can be cancelled by Sunday 8pm prior to your delivery or earlier. If you cancel after Sunday 8pm, or within 60 hours of your delivery day a 50% charge of the total order will be incurred. The other 50% will be refunded back to the account you paid on.

 

5. Delivery Conditions

In order to purchase groceries from Clarence Valley Organics, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within a suburb where Clarence Valley Organics provides delivery services. Please ensure that your delivery address and suburb are correct, as orders for delivery to addresses in suburbs that are not in the Clarence Valley Organics delivery area will not be processed.

Delivery days are every Wednesday, and Thursday, depending on your location. See our delivery information page for more information. 

Clarence Valley Organics reserves the right to alter delivery timetable, in the circumstances of an unforeseen and unavoidable event.

 

6. Unattended deliveries

Clarence Valley Organics cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in a designated area specified by you. We recommend that you have a designated area ready for us to deliver your order and that your order is brought inside and stored correctly ASAP.

 

7. Refrigerated Products

Clarence Valley Organics provides refrigerated items, which at the time of delivery will be at a temperature in accordance with Food Health & Safety standards. If you are not home at the time of delivery it is highly recommended that customers leave out an esky or cooler bag. 

Refrigerated items are left on customers’ doorsteps at the customers risk and Clarence Valley Organics does not take responsibility or liability for spoiled products as a result an order being left unattended after delivery has been made.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Clarence Valley Organics maximum liability to you for products purchased from our website shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price you have paid for the products.

Clarence Valley Organics will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruptions of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages, however caused, whether for breach of warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise except which it is unlawful to exclude.

 

9. Disclaimer

Clarence Valley Organics has made every effort to ensure that the information on our website is correct at the time we put it there. While we apologise if any errors have been made, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information on these pages and all users do so at their own risk. All images used on this site are representations for your information only and not necessarily true images of that product.
