Why Organic? Our lamb is 100% Certified Organic, 100% grass-fed and finished on rich regenerative pastures — raised without chemicals, pesticides, antibiotics or hormones. Nutrient-dense and full of natural flavour, this is lamb the way it's meant to taste.

Where Does It Come From? We've partnered with Richmond Range Meats, a family-owned operation based in Casino, NSW. Paul Allen and his team use regenerative and climate-positive farming practices from paddock to processing — raising animals in low-stress environments on organic pastures at the edge of the Richmond Ranges in northern New South Wales. Every step of the supply chain is certified organic.

Storage All organic lamb arrives freshly frozen in cryovac bags. Once defrosted, it has a fridge life of 5 days.

Delivery When ordering meat, please leave out a cold esky or fridge on your delivery day so we can safely leave your order. Without this, we are unable to legally leave your meat and this may result in a delay or secondary delivery cost.
