Caraway & Rock Salt Light Rye. Locally Handmade and baked fresh by My Twin Loaves - a specialist sourdough bakery based in Woolgoolga, NSW.

This loaf is reminiscent of traditional Ukrainian sourdough, with subtle spiciness from the caraway. Its earthy, sour and a has wonderful chewy texture. 

Best stored in the fridge.
