CVO Meat Tray (Small)

We've brought the meat tray back but done properly. Organic, pasture-raised, sourced from farmers we know by name, and curated so you don't have to think about what to cook. No curly parsley in sight.

A note on this week's tray: our chicken and pork are between harvests right now, so trays are beef and lamb only for the next couple of weeks — chicken is back from the first week of October, and pork from the third week of October. Same organic quality, just a leaner rotation in the meantime.

Every small tray is a little different. It's roughly 2.4kg of mixed cuts, pulled together from whatever's freshest that week. Right now that means a solid spread of beef and lamb — think mince, something diced, a stir-fry cut, and a sausage — with chicken and pork rejoining the rotation from October. Exact cuts and weights shift from week to week, but the mix and the quality never do.

This week, expect something like: Organic Beef Mince, Organic Diced Beef, Organic Beef Stir-fry Strips, Organic Beef Sausages, and Organic Lamb Mince.

All meat is frozen at its freshest and delivered straight to your door — just defrost when you're ready.

Our meat comes from Richmond Range Meats in Casino (organic beef and lamb), Misty Creek Agroforestry in Booyong (certified organic, pasture-raised tree range chicken), and Hogan Farms in New Italy (APIQ certified free range pork) — all within our region, all raised with genuine care.
