Organic English Spinach Bunch

A large leaf variety with deep green colour and a sweet, nutty flavour. It is often served cooked and is great in salads, soups, and stir fries. It is best to wash thoroughly, then steam or sauté it for a few minutes until it is tender. Adding lemon at the end of sautéing is one of our favourite easy dishes. 

English Spinach, like all spinach is rich in iron, vitamin C and E, potassium, and magnesium. As part of a nutritious diet, it can help support immune function and aid the digestive system.
