• Who's it for? - Our Essentials Box is designed to provide you with the basic weekly essentials. Perfect on it's own or as a starter box to build from.

• What's in our Spring Essentials Box? - Melon, Banana, Lettuce, Zucchini, Corn, Carrots, Onion, Potato, Sweet Potato, Leafy Greens, Broccoli/Broccolini.

• Chemical Free - Organic, spray free and or locally sourced.

• Seasonal -Using seasonal produce ensures a wide variety and provides a higher nutritional profile.

• Sustainable -  By purchasing through us you are directly supporting the local growers and artisans of the Clarence Valley and committing to a sustainable future for our food.

• Customise - Add on specialty items. Choose from locally sourced free range eggs, organic sourdough bread, organic meat and more.

• What Else? - Weekly box recipe delivered via email highlighting this weeks seasonal and local ingredients of the region.

 *Orders must be placed before 8pm Sunday afternoon to receive delivery the following Wednesday/Thursday. Orders placed on a Monday/Tuesday will not be delivered until Wednesday the following week.
