Instant baker's yeast that doesn't need to be activated first. Just mix it in with your flour or sprinkle it over the dough. Use about half a teaspoon per cup of flour for oven bread, or three quarters of a teaspoon for a bread machine on the quick cycle. It's a great match for our organic stoneground bakers flours.
