How to use:
- Steep sliced ginger in boiling water with lemon and honey for the ultimate winter throat soother
- Grate into soups, broths and congee for warmth and depth
- Slice or blitz into curries, stir fries and laksa
- Blend with turmeric, lemon and black pepper for a daily wellness shot
- Add to bone broth for extra anti-inflammatory goodness
- Bake into ginger snaps, banana bread or warming winter muffins
- Juice with apple, carrot and lemon for a morning immune boost
- Grate into porridge or bircher muesli on a cold morning
