Lemons are a staple food, great for making your own dressings, teas and flavouring in an abundance of meals. 500g will get you approx. 2-4 lemons depending on size of fruit.
Like all citrus, Lemons are a rich source of vitamin C, fibre, antioxidants and essential minerals like potassium, calcium and magnesium.
We source our lemons from Conscious Ground in Myokum (Byron Hinterland) who are certified organic.
