Light Rye Sourdough

Our love of local sourdough continues with the addition of a light rye. Handmade and baked by My Twin Loaves - a specialist sourdough bakery based in Woolgoolga, NSW.

This loaf is dense, slightly nutty with a deep earthy flavour and a chewy texture.

Ingredients: organic rye flour, sea salt, yeast, water.

*Orders must be placed before 4pm Sunday night to receive delivery the following Wednesday. Orders placed on a Monday/Tuesday will not be delivered until Wednesday the following week.
