These beautiful limes come from Solum Farm in Mororo NSW, where the land is currently being lovingly tended by Peta from Pigface Farm.

Grown in the warm coastal climate of the Clarence Valley, these limes are spray-free and harvested in small batches when they’re at their most vibrant and juicy. The result is fruit with bright, aromatic zest and the perfect balance of sharpness and sweetness.

Summer is lime season in our region — the time for fresh dressings, cold drinks, marinades and simple meals that come alive with a squeeze of citrus.

Add to sparkling water, finish a salad, squeeze over grilled vegetables or use in your favourite summer recipes.
