Most chicken breast is bred for size and speed. Birds grown fast in sheds develop little flavour and less texture - there's a reason so many people have learned to cover it in sauce.

Tom and Nicole's Tree Range birds are slow-grown across 28 acres of living food forest in the Northern Rivers, foraging through insects, fallen fruit and perennial grasses between rotations. Real muscle development from real movement produces breast meat with actual flavour - firm, clean and worth cooking simply.
Slice it, pan-sear it in good butter, rest it properly. It doesn't need much else.

Storage Delivered frozen. Place in the freezer on arrival. Once defrosted, use within 3 days and do not refreeze.
