Certified Organic Stoneground White Bakers Flour is a stone ground wheat flour that contains a fine bran. The grain passes through a stone mill and most of the bran is removed while the germ and endosperm are retained. The stone milling process gives a stronger flavour and retains more nutrients when compared with roller-milled flours.

This product is part of our monthly Honest to Goodness bulk pantry order, which we place on the third Sunday of each month. Stock typically arrives at the CVO warehouse within a week, and will be packed with your next produce box and delivered on your usual delivery day.
