Long-grain organic basmati with a lovely aroma, a little like popcorn or roasted nuts. It swells lengthways as it cooks, so you end up with long, slender grains that stay dry, separate and fluffy. It has a mild nutty flavour and is perfect with curries and anything with coconut.
