Sweet and earthy a winter staple in your shop, especially if you are partial to a roast. 500g will get you about 1-2 large or a 2-3 of smaller sized parsnips.

Parsnips are a powerhouse food helping to regulate blood pressure, a source of vitamin C helping to fight off infection and may even increase levels of serotonin, the brain's feel-good chemical. 

*Orders must be placed before 8pm Sunday afternoon to receive delivery the following Wednesday/Thursday. Orders placed on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday will not be delivered until Wednesday the following week.
