Tim and Julie Bale's farm at Southgate, right here in the Clarence Valley, is the single source. Farmgate fresh, low-pasteurised, unhomogonised full cream. The same price as buying direct from Pepe Saya - but it comes to your door.

Pepe Saya was founded in 2010 by Pierre Issa, a Sydney buttermaker who spent more than a decade making Australia's most celebrated cultured butter before choosing the Clarence Valley for his milk. Tim and Julie's farm is his single source. After years of searching, he found exactly what he was looking for near Grafton.

No bottle return system for this plastic bottle option. Just exceptional local milk.
