The Ezekiel recipe is adapted from a 3,000-year-old biblical verse: six sprouted grains, seeds and legumes combined to create a rare complete plant protein that rivals what you would find in dairy or eggs.
Wheat, spelt, barley, lentils, millet and mung beans, all sprouted with filtered water and nothing else. The flavour is moist, slightly sweet and beautifully nutty. Dense and filling. One or two slices is genuinely a meal.
