Pure Life has been making bread in Yamba since 1988 and this gluten free loaf is proof that going without gluten doesn't mean going without flavour or nourishment. Five sprouted seeds, grains and legumes come together in a dense, satisfying loaf that's high in fibre and completely free of wheat, additives and anything artificial.
Brown rice, millet, chickpeas, flaxseeds and quinoa all sprouted, all organic, all from Australian farms.
Ingredients: Certified biodynamic brown rice sprouted in filtered water, filtered water; certified organic millet, chickpeas, flaxseeds and quinoa all sprouted in filtered water; organic apple cider vinegar. Cooking aid: extra virgin olive oil (trace, to release loaf from pan).
