This beautiful leafy gets is name from the vibrant coloured stalks ranging from pink, red, purple, yellow and orange. It is often served cooked and is great in salads, soups, and stir fries. It is best to wash thoroughly, then steam or sauté it for a few minutes until it is tender. Adding lemon at the end of sautéing is one of our favourite easy dishes.
Rainbow Chard, like all leafy greens is rich in iron, vitamin C and E, potassium, and magnesium. As part of a nutritious diet, it can help support immune function and aid the digestive system.
