Australian-grown wheat, fermented with a wild sourdough starter, then bronze extruded and slow dried for more than 16 hours. The spirals have a sweet, nutty wholegrain flavour and a good amount of protein and fibre. We love them with roast pumpkin, olive oil, garlic, chilli and parsley. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes in well-salted boiling water.
