Used across a myriad of cuisines from Mexican to Indonesian, Corn is high in insoluble fibre and can help to regulate blood sugar due to its low glycemic index. Grilled whole on the BBQ with butter and garlic make a favourite summer snack. Great in salads to increase the nutrient level and add beautiful pops of colour and flavour.
