Remember the meat tray raffle? We grew up on that energy. We've brought it back — just organic, local, and completely parsley-free.

A note on this week's tray: our chicken and pork are between harvests right now, so trays are mostly beef and lamb for the next couple of weeks — chicken is back from the first week of October, and pork from the third week of October.

• Certified Free Range Chorizo 280g, Hogan Farm, New Italy

A slow braise for the weekend, mince for a quick Tuesday, snags on the barbecue, a stir-fry night midweek, and a chorizo to throw on the barbecue too. The whole week, sorted — chicken back in the mix from October.

All meat is frozen at its freshest and delivered straight to your door — just defrost when you're ready.

Our meat comes from Richmond Range Meats in Casino (organic beef and lamb), Misty Creek Agroforestry in Booyong (certified organic, pasture-raised tree range chicken), and Hogan Farms in New Italy (APIQ certified free range pork) — all within our region, all raised with genuine care.

Add a produce box and the whole week is sorted before it even starts.
