The CVO Meat Tray (Small)

We've brought the meat tray back but done properly. Organic, pasture-raised, sourced from farmers we know by name, and curated so you don't have to think about what to cook. No curly parsley in sight.

Every small tray is a little different. It's roughly 2.4kg of mixed cuts, pulled together from whatever's freshest that week, so you'll always get a genuine mix across the paddock — expect a rotation of beef, lamb, chicken and pork, in whatever combination our farmers have ready. Think mince, something diced, a chorizo, and a chicken cut, give or take. Exact cuts and weights shift from week to week, but the mix and the quality never do.

A little of everything: mince for a quick Tuesday, something diced for a slow braise, a chorizo for the barbecue, and chicken to round it out.

All meat is frozen at its freshest and delivered straight to your door — just defrost when you're ready.

Our meat comes from Richmond Range Meats in Casino (organic beef and lamb), Misty Creek Agroforestry in Booyong (certified organic, pasture-raised tree range chicken), and Hogan Farms in New Italy (APIQ certified free range pork) — all within our region, all raised with genuine care.
