Thyme can be used to season meats, stocks, soups, and more. Not a lot of thyme (or time) is needed to elevate vegetables to the next level. A simple sprinkling while roasting is enough to produce great flavour.

Thyme is particularly rich in vitamin A and vitamin C. Vitamin A is an antioxidant known for being vital in maintaining healthy mucus membranes and skin as well as good vision.
