How to prepare

It's ready to use as is. Pick out any wilted leaves and give it a quick rinse if you like.

Spring recipe: Rocket, pear and walnut salad

Toss wild rocket with thinly sliced pear, toasted walnuts and shaved parmesan. Dress simply with olive oil, balsamic and salt. Pile it on a pizza straight from the oven if you're feeling fancy.

How to store

Keep it in its container in the fridge and use it within a few days.
